Lorna Bliss axed from Britain's Got Talent after raunchy Britney Spears act

ITV bosses have reportedly ordered Simon Cowell to cut Lorna Bliss from tonight’s Britain’s Got Talent, because her act was too raunchy for primetime TV.

The 30 year old performer failed to impress David Hasselhoff, Michael McIntyre and Amanda Holden when she auditioned in Liverpool earlier this year, as none were blown away by her singing or routine to Britney Spears’ ‘Toxic.’

It is thought that despite getting three nos from the new panel, Simon took a shine to the sexy singer and allowed her to be added to the televised show. However, after the furore that surrounded Christina Aguilera and Rihanna’s raunchy X Factor performances, ITV bosses aren’t willing to put their heads on the block again.

They forced Cowell to cut her from tonight’s episode and an ITV insider told The Mirror:

“It wasn’t ideal for Simon – but he didn’t have a choice.”
